Prices Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are set by the site owner. They are suggestions for the value of each gift.
Payment confirmation A gift is only counted once the payment provider confirms the money was received. Pending, failed and cancelled payments are never treated as gifts.
Refunds If a payment fails, no money is taken. If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact me with your reference and I will arrange a refund through the same payment method.
